We were able to realize the team building event "Textalk Berlin Boost" in Berlin in September 2024 - an intensive offsite experience that combined work and leisure, strategy and fun.

Right from the start, we ensured that everything ran smoothly: with a convenient shuttle service that picked up the participants directly from the airport and reliably accompanied them between all stations throughout their stay.

In culinary terms, the event was characterized by a hand-picked selection of high-quality restaurants. A special highlight: the exclusive cooking course in a Berlin Michelin-starred restaurant. Small teams chopped, sizzled and cooked together - a creative activity that provided new perspectives and a strong team spirit.

For the work phases, we provided an inspiring co-working space that was ideally suited to presentations, project work and team meetings. This was a place for concentrated work and strategic planning - with an eye on the big picture.

In playful contrast to this was the visit to the "Your Showdown Game Space": ten different interactive zones in which the team competed against each other in disciplines such as skill, reaction or cooperation. Excitement, fun and adrenaline - with a clear focus on team building.

The finale of the event: a rooftop dinner with a view over Berlin. Excellent food, relaxed conversations and a party at the end made for an unforgettable finale.

With a tailor-made schedule, well thought-out setup and many special moments, "Textalk Berlin Boost" became a team-building event that not only connects - but inspires.
