We consider responsibility right from the start: in our projects, decisions and partnerships. For us, sustainability is not an add-on, but a central component of our way of working - creative, pragmatic and continuously evolving.

We produce events and content with awareness. This means that we question habits, opt for resource-saving solutions wherever possible, work with fair partners and learn something new every day. Not perfect, but consistently on the way.

We live fair, respectful cooperation - with customers, partners and within the team. As a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we stand for equality and inclusion. We also support projects such as HateAid and Berliner Opferhilfe (Berlin Victim Support) in order to actively shape social responsibility.

We have a responsibility towards our team and our partners - which is why we act in an economically sustainable and forward-looking manner. This includes efficient planning, stable management and continuous investment in innovative solutions in order to remain successful and fit for the future in the long term.

Ecological

We design projects to be as resource-efficient as possible - from energy-efficient technology and well thought-out logistics to the reuse of materials. Wherever possible, we reduce emissions and use sustainable alternatives to constantly reduce our ecological footprint.

Sustainability

Success is only relevant if it is sustainable. We focus on long-term customer and partner relationships and pay attention to measures for the sustainable implementation of events and content productions in our productions.

One-to-five

We believe in holistic work. Projects that we are allowed to supervise from the initial idea to the final implementation are our favorite projects. We go full distance.

We love to be proud of our projects. We love high fives after the completion of a successful project. The quality of our work is our flagship, which is why we are only satisfied when every detail is right.

C_SR is an industry-wide initiative of the creative and media industry in Germany. The platform connects non-profit organizations with agencies and networks to enable creative support for socially relevant topics. As part of our membership, we implemented the project Dreht den Hass ab for HateAid.

As a member of the Marketing Club Berlin, we are part of a lively network of marketing and communications professionals in the capital. The club offers us access to fresh know-how, inspiring events and exciting impulses - so we keep our finger on the pulse of the industry. Through exchange and cooperation, we contribute to a strong, creative and networked marketing community with our projects.

Why is fivekit involved with sustainability at all?

Because we bear responsibility as a creative agency. Our projects have an impact - for better or for worse. That's why we want to design experiences, content and events in such a way that they inspire people and have a positive impact on our environment and society.

What are your biggest challenges?

Sustainability in the creative and event industry is complex: short timings, changing locations, diverse partners. Our challenge is to constantly find better solutions under these conditions - step by step.

How can you contribute to this as a customer or partner?

Through openness, early planning and shared priorities. The earlier sustainability is considered in a project, the more meaningful and effective the result will be.

What sustainable goals does fivekit pursue?

At fivekit, sustainability is far more than just a trend - it is one of our five fundamental corporate pillars. Our aim is to combine ecological responsibility with social fairness and economic rationality. In concrete terms, this means responsibility in practice for us: we have audited all of our business processes as part of our Sustainable Berlin certification. We scrutinize every step: from purchasing to mobility to digital infrastructure.

Ecological footprint: We are actively working to minimize our CO₂ emissions (e.g. through green IT/hosting, paperless office, train instead of plane).

Social sustainability: We focus on fair working conditions, diversity in the team and long-term partnerships instead of short-term profits. Our goal is not a static state, but a continuous process: we want to become a little better every day in order to not only minimize negative effects on the environment and society, but to make a positive contribution.
