BVR Event

Together with the BVR, we designed a supporting program for the 81st Banking Conference in Berlin that dared to challenge time-honored traditions with an open workshop concept and creative stations.

Between the art of jewelry-making and Berlin’s back alleys, we’ve created a space for exchange—and in doing so, we’ve learned that the right balance between the new and the familiar usually emerges only through genuine dialogue.

From Jewelry to a Boat Ride on the Spree at the BVR in Berlin

The new format focused on movement rather than fixed seating arrangements. At a venue in Berlin, the approximately 120 guests were able to wander freely among various stations that offered hands-on and creative activities. Whether it was blending their own fragrances or making jewelry—the goal was to create an environment where conversations arose naturally, without an agenda setting the pace.

On the second day, the action shifted to the city. In small groups, participants explored different sides of Berlin, from the backyards of the Charité to the classic view from the water. This alternation between focused activity and a conscious immersion in the city was intended to provide a contrast to the usual conference routine.
