Scafom Rux Days

We organized an intensive and unforgettable three-day team building event in Berlin for the company Scafom Rux - in an exclusive offsite location that offered space for productive work and creative exchange. Differently designed rooms ensured flexible meeting setups: from focused breakout sessions to interactive workshops in large groups.

The physical well-being was taken care of throughout - with high-quality food & beverage offerings that provided energy and spoiled the team with culinary delights. The joint family-style dinner provided an atmospheric end to each day - informal, connecting, approachable.

Away from the work phases, the focus was on the shared experience: on an exclusive secret tour, the participants explored unknown sides of Berlin, while a mobile escape room on site provided thrills and team challenges. The creative highlight: a graffiti workshop in which participants worked together to create their own work of art - as a symbol of collaboration and expression.
