A visual statement full of energy, sound and movement that shows how the rhythm of the game captures the whole of Berlin.
Corona wake-up call in blue and white
"Hertha turns Berlin on" is a tribute to the energy of soccer, which brings the city back to life after a period of silence.
We developed the concept, transferred the idea into a storyboard, took on the complete 3D animation and produced the music ourselves. At the center: Berlin, a city whose houses, streets and lights are captured by the rhythm of the game.
In dynamic VFX sequences, the buildings begin to pulsate, the lights dance - in sync with the music that runs through the city like a heartbeat. The movements eventually migrate to the Hertha players' jerseys: lines, patterns, vibrations that look like equalizers - as a visual symbol of the common beat of the city and the club.
The Film conveys a strong feeling: after Corona, the vibrant, unifying experience of soccer is back - in the middle of Berlin.
