In late fall 2024, we were able to implement the Team Hackathon for Swiss Life for the second time - this time in Cologne. With us: 120 participants, lots of creative energy and a clear focus on one goal: team building and the development of fresh solutions.
Over several days, interdisciplinary teams worked on specific issues - in clearly structured work phases, accompanied by joint activities, high-quality catering and a closing party that not only celebrated the winning team, but also the special dynamic of the entire event.
We were responsible for the complete implementation on site: from room planning and project management to technical equipment and culinary catering. The result: tangible energy, genuine collaboration and an inspiring space for new ideas.
